Hey there new friend! If I have NEVER done your hair before, FILL this out.

Well, I want to make sure that you end up with the best hair ever - and that means I need to know a lot of details before we meet! This means that there aren’t any surprises or hair horror stories because you’re going to give me your hair history and tell me all the fun things you want to have done to your hair!

So here’s the Process:

You fill out the application (lots of details and questions)
I read the application and determine if we’re the right fit and if what you are wanting I can confidently do!
I will get back to you by the following Tuesday, and then I will let you know what to book! (Keep an eye out for an email).

We become life-long friends and you have happy happy hair for the rest of your life!

If you apply within the window of three days prior to the day I usually respond (Tuesday), please expect a response the following week. For example, if you apply on Monday the 1st of the month, I will get back to you by Tuesday, the 8th of the month, not Tuesday the 2nd.

Tell me about your hair! Please write a detailed description about your hair's texture, thickness, and if you are requesting a color/blonding session or extension session. Include the last 5 years of hair history! DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY BOX COLOR OR SUN-IN/DIY TREATMENTS. DOING SO MAY PERMANENTLY AND IRREVERSIBLY DAMAGE YOUR HAIR.

ex., I have fine, thin hair. Really small ponytail and my hair tends to break a lot! I do as much as I can to keep it healthy with various salon-purchased at-home treatments. I did a box color about 3 years ago but I think it's all gone because I've had so many haircuts! I'll show you exactly where I think it might be. Other than that, I've just been getting babylights for the last 3 years. I'd like to switch to more blonde, but I'm nervous about how my hair can handle it......etc

PLEASE NOTE: COLOR/ BLONDING CLIENTS: -Depending on hair type, to achieve desired results it may take several sessions in order to maintain the integrity of your hair. -I only guarantee the color service provided if you follow the correct maintenance required and prescribed at your appointment. -As my client, I reserve the right to take any before and after photos of your hair and post them on my social media platforms. You can decide whether or not you'd like your face or not in the pictures. -Any client who is more than 15 minutes late, may have their appointment canceled or altered. If this happens, a new $45 non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure a new appointment. - A consultation may be required before I accept you as a client. -Once your appointment is accepted, a $45 non-refunable deposit is required for all first time clients, to hold your appointment date. The deposit will be put towards the cost of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled and not rescheduled in a respective time frame (48 hours before the scheduled appointment.) If the extensions fail to be the highest quality of hair, I can assist with bringing the issue to the attention of the hair company used. - A deposit for the full price of the hair is required before confirming the appointment date.
